September 15, 2017

MANAGEMENT TRACK

Workshop - 2 Days

28 & 29 September 2017 YANGON

Thu & Fri

Trainer: Pyay Khaing

  • Do you want to know your exact Leadership Style?

  • Do you really want to know why you behave like that?

  • Would it be beneficial for you if you know why your team members are behaving like that?

  • Would you want to become a Person of Influence in your organization?

Now you CAN with TetraMap!

TetraMap®  is a tool developed by Jon Brett and Yoshimi Brett in 1980s. The TetraMap® tool has been translated in many languages and implemented in more than 20 countries for leadership coaching and development programs. The TetraMap® uses the natural element of Earth, Air, Water and Fire as a metaphor to represent our behavior.

TetraMap® differentiates itself from other personality profiling tools in that it can be implemented with other processes, tools and training programs for leadership and organisational development initiatives.

The proposed TetraMap® Master Class is designed to help the participants to understand their behavioral preferences and improve team performance in the following 3 stages:

  1. Awareness: For the first part of the interactive session, participants will learn and understand their behavioral preferences and also their team members' behavioral preferences. With this awareness of self and their team members, it supports the leader to appreciate the diversity of the team members' cultural differences, different religious beliefs and different communication styles.

  2. Accept: The participants are encouraged to accept others as well as accepting self. This helps the participants to appreciate each other’s competencies to improve team performance.

  3. Adapt: The participants will learn and practice effective communication styles by adapting to their team member’s behavioral preferences. The willingness of the participants to adapt to their team member’s behavioral preferences will result in reduced conflict and improve the team performance.

Some case studies on how TetraMap® implemented for the team performance and development in various organisations can be found HERE.
