More than 30 Speakers from Singapore descended on Yangon the week of Sep 25 with the goal to address the talent shortage in Myanmar by leveraging their skills, knowledge and experience to equip the Professionals in Myanmar so that they can take their economy to the next level.

We are honoured to have our Keynote Speaker from Myanmar, Ms Grace Swe to share with us her professional career as a Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award winner.
Ms Swe is currently the Secretary of the International Relations Committee, Myanmar Motion Picture Organisation.

Ms Low gave an overview of the Singapore Government's Strategy to manage the only resource the country has, which is its people.
President of Trust Synergy International Pte Ltd, Ms Shwe Zin Ma, gave a passionate speech on why Trust Synergy is committed to organise the Professional Development Conference 2017. She worked for many years in Singapore and recently returned to Yangon. She wanted to bring the processes in Singapore to Myanmar to help develop the country.
