If suitable and projects from participants are available, they will be used for group discussion and hands-on exercises. The workshop will have a multiple-choice assessment and certificates will be issued to all successful participants.

In addition, 5 x 1 hour call project management consultation sessions will be offered for participants on a first-come-first served basis. These sessions are intended to help the participants action their learning immediately in their respective organizations.

The Approach…

Once you have registered for the workshop, you will be sent a survey of your Project Management experience and any project you have done or are currently undertaking . These information will be used to contextualise the workshop and your projects can form the basis for group discussion. That will help you go away from the workshop with tools and best practices that you can immediately apply at your work place or in your lives.

Work-books will be provided for your note taking and recollection. The session will be interactive with hand-on practices and opportunities to present in a safe environment.

In addition, the participants will get 5 x 1 hour sessions of free personal coaching from the facilitator on a first-come-first served basis within 6 months, on the requester’s specific project management challenges.

About the Speaker

Parthi Naidu is a Singapore born national basketballer turned Oil & Gas professional. He spent twenty-seven years at BP and Chevron in Project Management, Operations and Safety with regional and global responsibilities.

Prior to moving back to Singapore, Parthi was based in Houston at the Operational Excellence Corporate Office and in Angola at a USD 6 billion Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), major capital project.

Parthi is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) & Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO). He obtained his BSc (Honours) in Physics and MSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and MBA from the University of Leicester (UOL).

Parthi is also an adjunct lecturer for Chemical Engineering at NUS and Honorary Executive Director of The National Safety Council of Singapore. He is also a special needs advocate.
