TECHNICAL TRACK
Workshop - 2 Days
28 & 29 September 2017 YANGON
Thu & Fri
Trainer: Kannan Chettiar
The last 3 revolutions can be listed as industrialization, electrification and digitalization. They were interlinked with continuity from one revolution to the next but the fourth industrial revolution (or so-called Industry 4.0) is a distinct one and is evolving at an exponential rather than a linear pace.
This brings with it, a transformational disruption in almost every industry globally including Myanmar. This calls for demand for highly skilled workers while demand for rank-and-file workers with less education and lower skills will drop. This means new multi-disciplinary skills need to be acquired by Myanmar’s workforce who are compelled to deal with increasing ambiguity and uncertainty.

This 4-Day Workshop has been condensed to an extremely value-packed 2-Day session where the learners will be exposed to the 10 dimensions of Industry 4.0. On top of that, they will learn the nuts and bolts of the Top 10 Critical Skills that all talents need to acquire to be ready for the Future World Economy.
This workshop will be very unique as it will be delivered in a very different format with lots of physical games, quizzes, role-plays, video games, case studies, brain firing, technology games, videos and so on. It has won extremely high ratings from MNCs who have attended this workshop.
