CASH FLOW FORECASTING

  • Monitoring cash flow for greater liquidity

DAY TWO

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PART II

  • Understanding the business and identifying key business drivers

  • Developing effective Key Performance Indicators

  • Collection and analysis of data

  • Developing action plans to address identified issues

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

  • Developing effective management reports

  • Identifying key business and management drivers for decision making

  • Enhanced financial reporting

  • Segmented financial reporting

CONCLUSION & WRAP UP

  • Review key concepts learnt during the workshop

  • Develop practical strategies for use back at work

About the Trainer

Gary Sng has more than 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience, working with government and global MNCs.

Gary is currently the director of Grayink Consulting, a boutique business and management consultancy firm that specializes in providing Virtual CFO services to companies, especially startups and growing SMEs. Grayink provides the financial, business and strategic partnership to companies in order for them to meet their business objectives and support their growth. Grayink sees itself not as a service provider or an outsourced function but an extension of the companies’ core team.

Starting off his career with KPMG, he has worked with the Ministry of Finance as well as European MNCs like SCA Packaging. He was based in Copenhagen, Denmark for about 6 years with a global aviation MRO company where he had to set up and lead an entire Finance team of about 25 people. He has also worked with US MNCs like Sungard and Covance, one of the biggest IT Systems company and Pharmaceutical CRO respectively.

Gary specialises in setting up entire Finance Teams from ground zero and developing processes and controls to complement the business environment. He also assists companies with their ERP implementation and marries the business process with the accounting environment.

Gary also has extensive experience assisting companies that are looking to implement shared services within their organisation.

Gary is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PSCMC) of TUV-SUD Singapore.
