Overview

Singapore is recognised internationally as a leading transhipment hub and it plays a key role in global supply chains.

Located in the heart of Southeast-Asia and at the nexus of major shipping lanes, supported by a world-class port, air freight infrastructure, excellent global connectivity, efficient customs, financial stability and well-established IT infrastructure, Singapore has attracted many Multinational Corporations and Third Party Logistics (3PL) companies to establish their presence in Singapore.

Companies like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer and Apple achieve competitive advantage based on how well they design, execute and manage their supply chains.

Find out how you can be more competitive in your supply chain in order to compete in the global market place.

This 2-Day Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management Workshop is taught by supply chain management practitioners with more than 20 years of experience managing supply chains in technology companies.

At the end of the course, the good news is that you will have insights on how major technology product companies manage their supply chains.
